| WOW... WeeePaaa.... PRCC does it again... I have to say this festival rates among the best in NE PA. Did you know that Borinquenfest is the only 3 day weekend long Puerto Rican Festival in the US & the World except for Puerto Rico. In PR they are known as "Fiestas Patronales" and can last 10 days.
